Professional Development Phase Lead Coach
The club is welcoming applications to join its inspiring and ever-growing academy structure – with a professional development phase lead coach vacancy.
A member of the club’s academy management team, the successful candidate will take full repsonsibility of the requirements of players within the club’s academy.
They will report to City’s head of coaching and academy manager, while overseeing the playing, training, education and welfare throughout the professional development phase (under-18s).
The coach will deliver sessions and take matches aligned to the academy’s philosophy and culture, highlighting the progression and development of players at the club, while working alongside fellow coaches and academy staff.
The successful candidate must be UEFA A-License qualified and have training in – and experience of – the LFE scholarship programme, while DBS clearance, safeguarding and protecting children and first aid for sport are essential.
